Its 2016 and most of the device manufacturers have released their hot flagship devices. The most recent one which is the iPhone 7/Plus, Samsung Galaxy Note 7, LG V20 ‘Android Nougat N out of the box’, Google’s Nexus 6P, and the OnePlus 3 are extremely hot devices with mind blowing specs. These devices are also expensive and would offer the best of software features.
But since these smartphones can be confusing a bit to choose from[since they are all soaked in high end specs], we have put together a head on comparison of these smartphones.
Recently, Apple announced its latest smartphone, the iPhone 7 Plus. iPhone 7 is seen as the best iPhone on the planet with iOS 10, dual-camera technology and new Jet Black and Black color variants with real cool features.

In this article, I will be looking at how each handset compares on the design front and then take a brief look at their specs with a chart.
iPhone 7 Plus Specs ‘design’
If you have have not seen the iPhone 7 but have seen its predecessors; the iPhone 6s and 6s Plus, the iPhone 7 Plus is just similar in design with little difference. Yes, there are two new colors to choose from as Black and Jet Black have been added and Space Gray has been relegated to the past.
But nothing much else has changed other than the introduction of a dual-camera lens on the rear and the moving of antenna lines to a more desirable position.
The headphone jack is gone; Apple has replaced it with a multi-functional Lightning cable. But dont worry, you can also use your old headphones via an adapter Apple included in the handset’s box.
Galaxy Note 7 Specs ‘design’
The latest phone from Samsung, the Galaxy note 7 is a real gorgeous smartphone. Physically, its endowed and has a lot of software wise features. With this handset, the South Korean manufacturer took cues from its previous big hitter, the S7 Edge. What it came up with keeps the large frame of the Note series and also incorporates curves and the quality of finish seen on the older handset.
Compared to the iPhone 7 Plus, the Note 7 has similar build quality, and both offer a unibody design and smooth glass-like finishes. However, the Note 7 offers something different that is not a repeat of the past, which you do not get with the 7 Plus. Unfortunately, The Note 7 currently has issues with its battery.
LG V20 Specs ‘design’
The latest handset from LG has been designed to be good-looking but also tough. Apple has apparently already come out and said that its new iPhones are both susceptible to scratching, which is not great news for Apple fans, although it enables the LG V20 to score a point on the iPhone 7 Plus.
With the LG V20, LG has created a handset that is a super smartphone but also something that can withstand a drop, knock, and kick or two.
To prove this, the company has produced some stats to show that its aircraft-grade aluminum body with silicon-based material for extra protection is up to the job. Apparently the handset has passed the military-level MIL-STD 810G Drop Test.
Nexus 6P Specs ‘design’
Do you know what the ‘P’ in the Nexus 6P stands for? The P in this handset’s name stands for “premium,” and to be honest, Huawei has done an excellent job of creating a handset that looks really good. However, it is when you hold it in your hand that the illusions shatter.
With its all metal design and heavily chamfered edge, the Nexus 6P is not a big competitor to the iPhone 7 Plus. While its scratch resistant with its Gorilla Glass 4, it cant go against the iPhone 7 Plus when it comes to design.
OnePlus 3 Specs ‘design’
Like with most other modern smartphones, the OnePlus 3 is built using a single piece of aluminum and has an attractive anodized finish with a slightly curved back. In the hand, it feels much like the Motorola Moto X Style and offers a comfortable grip due to its slender 7.35mm figure.
The material makes this handset look almost identical to the Space Gray iPhone 6s, which to me means it seems a little dated. Comparing this handset to the iPhone 7 Plus is a non-starter; yes, it’s a great Android handset, but it just can’t compete in quality of build or how it feels in the hand.
